If you change your mind about a non-custom item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).
Due to the personalized nature of custom printed items, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If there is an issue with a custom product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or incorrect item).
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.
