1. Processing Times

• Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days.

• Custom Printed Orders: Processed within 5–10 business days, depending on design complexity and order volume.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

We ship from the United Kingdom to customers worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

United Kingdom

• Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (optional at checkout)

Europe

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

North America

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Rest of World

• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

• Express Shipping: 5–10 business days

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders outside the UK:

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

• Hempful Bags is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

We recommend checking your local customs rules before placing an order.

4. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking, and tracking information will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your tracking number.

2. Contact your local delivery carrier.

3. If still unresolved, email [email protected] and we’ll investigate further.

We’ll do our best to help, but please note we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

• Countries under UK trade sanctions

• PO Boxes in some countries (please use a physical address where possible)

If we cannot ship to your location for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
